Broadcast
Quiet enough to move during a take, so a rise belongs to the shot instead of forcing a cut. Adjustable levelling feet set the column true on a floor that never is, and hold it there.
The motion is stable and repeatable, which in the end is what the tracking is worth: an engine can only be as precise as the mechanics under the camera. Built in Europe to the standards a studio gallery expects, from materials chosen for a room that works every day.
Virtual production
A tracked camera is only worth the data behind it. A PTZ on a fixed pole gives your engine four axes and a fixed guess at the fifth, so the moment anyone changes the height the virtual set stops agreeing with the real one — and getting it back means measuring, typing in an offset, and hoping.
The Lift closes that gap in hardware. It knows its own column position at every moment and folds it into the same FreeD packet as the camera’s pan, tilt, zoom and focus, every packet locked to your studio reference. The engine receives one tracked object that is correct in space, so the set holds while the camera rises and a vertical move becomes a shot you can call live. Unreal Engine, Zero Density, Brainstorm, Pixotope: if it speaks FreeD, it speaks to the Lift.

Control
On the column, a 2.5-inch LCD carries the full menu: raise and lower, travel limits, network and IP, tracking settings. The operator standing next to it needs nothing else — no laptop, no leaving the floor.
Over the network, a dashboard in the browser reaches the same controls from the gallery. And an API opens the column to the desk you already run, so a Companion button can send it to a stored position between shots.
Connections
The column carries the signals so the camera does not have to. Genlock arrives once at the base and leaves again on a loop-through output, so studio reference reaches the column and the camera without a splitter in between.
An integrated network switch puts two RJ45 ports on the column: one for the Lift, one for the camera, on a single run back to the gallery. Nothing new hangs off the head — the camera keeps the cables it already needed, and the column distributes the rest.

Specifications
Heights include the levelling feet at the base and the camera plate on top. They do not include the camera itself.
