Shipping & Returns

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per destination zone: the rate for your country is shown at checkout, before you pay. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the price you pay to us does not include import duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees. Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis: you are the importer of record, and the customs authority of the destination country will charge any applicable duties and import taxes.

These charges are collected from you by the carrier on or before delivery, are set by your country’s customs — not by Cat Motion — and are not included in your order total. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, any return shipping and non-refundable customs costs may be deducted from your refund. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs charges.

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us at info@catmotion.xyz within a reasonable time so we can resolve it with the carrier.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you buy as a business — including any order placed with a VAT number — the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, and returns are by agreement with us.

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (see Terms of Sale). To start a return, contact info@catmotion.xyz.

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. The Lift is bulky and cannot be returned by ordinary post: return carriage is arranged at your expense, and we will quote the cost before you ship. Return the unit in its original packaging with every part and accessory included.

You may handle the goods to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value beyond that — a unit that has been installed and used in production is not in a resaleable condition — and we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund using your original payment method within the legal term.
